Andile Sithole is a Director and a Geotechnical Lead with over 12 years of experience in Geotechnical Engineering and Engineering Geology across the African continent. Andile has spearheaded many geotechnical projects in the mining, civil, and renewables industries.

Marco Capobianco
Lead Engineer
Marco Capobianco is a Lead Engineer with over 25 years of experience in the design, construction, and supervision of Infrastructures and more than 10 years in covering the position of Resident Engineer/Project Manager for different projects. During his worldwide experience, he worked for big international firms covering the position of Resident Engineer, Project Manager, and Structural and Geotechnical Engineer.
He has been involved in several Dams, Water supply, and Roads projects under FIDIC regulation in several countries such as Uganda, Lesotho, Ethiopia, etc. Important projects executed during his carrier are:
• Construction of GIBE III Dam – Ethiopia
• Supervision of Metolong Dam – Lesotho
• Design and Supervision of Julius Nyerere Dam – Tanzania
• Detailed Geotechnical Design of Saudi Land-bridge Project (Saudi Arabia)
• Detailed Engineering Design of Katuna-Muko (66.6 km) and MukoKachwekano- Kamuganguzi (Mali)
